THERAPY FOR WOMEN WHO HOLD IT ALL

AND ARE READY TO FINALLY BE HELD

holistic therapy for women

YOU’RE DOING EVERYTHING “RIGHT”—THEN WHY DON’T YOU FEEL OKAY ON THE INSIDE?

Mental health is knowing you can meet whatever life brings — with the inner resources to hold yourself, the outer support to lean on, and the flexibility to bend without breaking. That’s where therapy comes into play. I’m here to help you:

  • cultivate safety within yourself

  • understand the patterns that are harming you

  • process your full mind-body experience

  • develop new ways of relating to yourself, others, and life

  • make healthy changes with intention

Therapy is a dedicated space for you to land, be seen, and supported on your process of inner growth and healing.

Parenthood, Fertility & Postpartum

The transition into and through parenthood is a profound identity shift that can resurface old wounds. I provide a supportive space for:

  • Fertility Journeys: Processing the complex emotions of trying to conceive.

  • Perinatal Support: Navigating the unexpected emotions of pregnancy and birth trauma.

  • Postpartum Wellness: Addressing feelings of disconnection from yourself or your partner.

  • Reparenting: Healing childhood wounds that parenthood has brought to the surface.

  • Highly Sensitive Parenting: Managing the unique sensory and emotional overwhelm of being a sensitive parent.

Stress, Burnout, & Overwhelm

If you feel constantly "on" — wired, worried, and unable to truly rest — this is where we begin to change that. Together we work to shift your nervous system's relationship with pressure, not just manage it.

  • Breaking the "Pushing Through" Cycle: Learning to honor rest as a need rather than a reward — and releasing the guilt that comes with slowing down.

  • Taming the Inner Critic: Moving from the exhausting loop of perfectionism and people-pleasing toward a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

  • Stress & Health: Addressing the physical symptoms of chronic stress and the fear patterns that keep your body in a state of low-grade alarm.

  • Emotional Resilience: Building the capacity to feel sturdy — not because the waves of life has slowed down, but because you learn how to surf them.

People-Pleasing, Boundaries, & Healthy Relationships

The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every relationship in your life. This is where we untangle the patterns that have kept you masking, over-giving, or settling for connection that doesn't meet you.

  • Authentic Boundaries: Learning how to identify and honor your needs and boundaries without apology.

  • Relational Patterns: Understanding how the dynamics of your early life shape your self-esteem and the way you show up in relationships today.

  • Generational Healing: Repairing and reprogramming the cycles that were modeled to you, so that you can choose the legacy you pass down.

Transitions, Grief & Loss

Life has a way of demanding we become someone new before we feel remotely ready. Whether the change was chosen or arrived uninvited, I offer a steady, grounded space to help you find your footing in unfamiliar terrain.

  • Divorce & Relationship Dissolution: Holding the grief, the logistics, and the identity unraveling of uncoupling — while staying rooted in your own worth.

  • Chronic or Sudden Illness: Processing the loss of control that comes with a diagnosis, the trauma it can carry, and the slow work of finding a new relationship with your body.

  • Career Shifts & Relocation: Moving through the high-stakes disorientation of starting over and releasing the structures that used to tell you who you were.

  • Grief & Loss: Not to get over it — but to learn how to carry it with more wholeness, more integration, and eventually, more peace.

Somatic & Body-Based Healing

Our bodies carry our stories whether we're aware of them or not. When we don't make space for those messages, they find their own way out — usually in ways we didn't choose.

  • Coming Home to Your Body: Learning to meet yourself with curiosity — staying present even when what's there is uncomfortable.

  • Releasing What's Been Stored: Using embodied processing to move through the physical tension, stress, and trauma that talk alone can't always reach.

  • Expressive Modalities: Drawing on art, imagery, and movement to access the parts of your experience that live beneath language.

“One day you finally knew what you had to do,

and began,

though the voices around you kept shouting their bad advice…

But little by little, as you left their voices behind…

there was a new voice which you slowly recognized as your own,

that kept you company as you strode deeper and deeper into the world,

determined to do the only thing you could do —

determined to save the only life you could save.”
