somatic integrative therapist

Hi, I’m Eve

A fellow cycle-breaker, recovering perfectionist, and crunchy-ish mom.

I know what it's like to hold yourself to impossible standards — and the exhaustion of realizing that no matter how much you achieve, the inner critic never actually declares victory. I also know that when life shifts, the old ways of holding it together stop working. And that's not a personal failure. It's an invitation.

I work with individuals and couples who are tired of performing and ready to actually feel like themselves again — people navigating major transitions, breaking long-standing patterns, or simply sensing that there has to be something more fulfilling than managing.

I'm Jewish-Moroccan, Israeli, and the granddaughter of two Holocaust survivors. I know firsthand what it means to carry history in your body, to belong to multiple cultures at once, and to search for yourself somewhere in between. This shapes how I show up for Jewish clients navigating antisemitism, questions of identity, and the experience of living between worlds. You don't have to explain yourself here.

In our work together, you won't need to have it figured out before you walk in. My approach is integrative and somatic — which means we won't just explore the why, we'll help your nervous system recalibrate and your brain rewire. Real change, not just insight.

What you'll find here is a space that feels warm, honest, and collaborative — where the mental load gets to come down, and where the goal isn't a better-performing version of you, but a freer one.

Outside of sessions…

You can find me at the farmer’s market, in my garden, & being silly with my daughters. I love to cook, spend time in nature, and work out. Living-room dance parties with my kids and husband are my personal slice of heaven.

  • The STAIR Method is an acronym that stands for Self-Trust And Integrated Resilience.

The therapeutic goal the STAIR Method upholds, is to increase clients’ self-trust, natural resiliency, and brain integration capacity. It does so by utilizing a carefully curated toolbox of experiential techniques and strategies. These techniques and strategies emphasize the client’s relationship with the experiences they are having in real time.

Different from cognitive or conversational approaches, experiential therapy brings to the forefront the client’s here and now experiences, expanding client awareness and relationship to their somatic, emotional, and embodied experiences. Clinicians that are trained in the STAIR method, will build skill not only in identifying and assisting their clients in removing blocks to their brains’ natural capacities for healing and growth, they will also build skill in holding awareness of contextual and systemic blocks like oppression, grief, and marginalization.” - Juliane Taylor Shore

My Qualifications

THERAPY IS YOUR DEDICATED TIME & SPACE WHERE YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE ELSE, YOUR NEEDS MATTER, AND YOU ARE NOT “TOO MUCH.” ALL PARTS OF YOU ARE WELCOME HERE.

Discover your true nature

I believe healing allows for a positive shift in how you relate to your own life. My work is dedicated to helping you connect with your highest self, so you can experience the freedom of being.

Grounded in humility and respect for your unique story, I provide a space where we prioritize:

  • Curiosity over Judgment: Exploring your inner world without shame, because healing begins with feeling safe.

  • The Wisdom of the Body: Honoring your body’s communication, instead of "pushing through."

  • Collaboration: Therapy is a partnership. We’ll work together to design a plan that fits your goals and life.

“It'll be easier on your spirit if you live in harmony with your shadow, rather than trying to be all light. You cannot eat a part of yourself and still expect to feel full. We are all dualistic. Coexist with yourself.”
