INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Let’s discover your best self.

ARE YOU DOING EVERYTHING “RIGHT”—BUT STILL DON’T FEEL OKAY ON THE INSIDE?

Mental health is knowing you can meet whatever life brings — with the inner resources to hold yourself, the outer support to lean on, and the flexibility to bend without breaking.

Therapy is space to come home to yourself.

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. But somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with yourself.

Maybe you're overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, caught in patterns you can't seem to change, or struggling with a transition that has changed how you see yourself and the world. Maybe you understand why you feel the way you do, but that understanding hasn't been enough to help you feel differently.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and find a new way forward. You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Have you been struggling?

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes it's a persistent feeling that something isn't quite right. Other times, life has become too much to carry on your own.

You might be here because you're:

Feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Your mind won't slow down, you're constantly anticipating what's next, or you feel responsible for holding everything together.

Struggling with anger or emotional reactivity. You find yourself snapping, shutting down, or reacting in ways that don't feel like you — and want to understand what's underneath.

Moving through a major life transition. Parenthood, pregnancy, fertility challenges, loss, relationship changes, or another life shift has left you feeling disoriented or unsure of who you're becoming.

Feeling disconnected from yourself. You've lost touch with your needs, your body, or the things that used to make you feel alive. You want to feel more grounded, present, and at home in your own skin.

Repeating old patterns. You notice familiar dynamics in your relationships, difficulty setting boundaries, or ways of coping that no longer serve you.

Wanting more from life. You're ready to move beyond simply getting through the day and toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and aligned with who you are.

How therapy can help:

My approach is integrative, somatic, and relational. Together, we'll explore not just what you're experiencing, but why certain patterns developed, what keeps them in place, and how to move beyond them.

Go beyond insight into lasting change.

Understanding your patterns is an important starting point, but knowing why you do something doesn't always make it easier to change. Our work brings together body awareness, experiential practices, and trauma-informed approaches to help you develop new ways of responding — not just intellectually, but in how you experience yourself and your relationships.

Understand your patterns with compassion.

The ways you cope today often developed for good reasons. Rather than treating your reactions as flaws, we'll get curious about what they're trying to protect and what you need now. This creates room for change without shame or self-criticism.

Reconnect with yourself.

We'll make space for the parts of you that have been overlooked, pushed aside, or shaped around other people's expectations. Through somatic and experiential work, you can build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, your emotions, and your body.

Build practical skills for everyday life.

Deep work and practical tools belong together. We'll work on boundaries, emotional regulation, communication, coping strategies, and the everyday changes that help you feel more capable and grounded outside the therapy room.

Create more meaningful relationships.

As you understand yourself more deeply, you can begin to shift the patterns that show up with partners, family, and others. Our work can help you navigate conflict, communicate your needs, and build relationships rooted in greater authenticity, connection, and mutual understanding.

My goal isn't simply for you to feel better during our sessions. It's to help you experience meaningful change in the life you're living.

Are you ready to invest in yourself?

“One day you finally knew what you had to do,

and began,

though the voices around you kept shouting their bad advice…

But little by little, as you left their voices behind…

there was a new voice which you slowly recognized as your own,

that kept you company as you strode deeper and deeper into the world,

determined to do the only thing you could do —

determined to save the only life you could save.”
