Couples Therapy
Your relationship deserves support
If you’re building a life or growing a family with your partner, your relationship is worth investing in. Life transitions, marriage, and parenthood stretch a relationship, and it’s a sign of strength and health to seek support during these challenging seasons.
Using somatic awareness, attachment theory, and experiential relational work, we explore how each of you have learned adaptive strategies that originally protected you, but are now blocking you from a satisfying relationship. We tend to the nervous system, the history each of you brings, and the impact of unmet needs and unspoken injuries.
This work helps you both communicate more honestly and build the capacity to stay connected through conflict— not just when things are easy.

The logistics
Couples therapy begins with a 2 hour intake session, to allow adequate time to understand your shared history, goals, and current concerns without rushing. Ongoing couples therapy is typically scheduled weekly or twice weekly, with session lengths ranging from 75-120 minutes.
As you achieve your therapeutic goals, we will gradually reduce session frequency and duration. This intentional closing process is designed to help you fully integrate your progress and maintain lasting change.
Are you ready to invest in the health and longevity of your partnership?
The fee for couples therapy is $220 per 75-minute session. Longer sessions are prorated at the same hourly rate.
If my standard fee is a barrier for you, please email me to inquire about my availability for reduced rates.
The convenience of online therapy for busy professionals and parents
I see clients exclusively online, offering therapy through secure video sessions. While some may assume in-person therapy is always preferable, many clients find that meeting remotely is not only effective, but actually more comfortable and supportive. You will need a good internet connection; phone sessions are not available for couples sessions. Despite the benefits of remote therapy, it’s not for everyone. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you explore whether online therapy is a good match for your needs.
