I am not a therapist who sits back and listens, asking the occasional question and providing reflections. Instead, I take an active role in guiding you through explorations, practices, and expressive modalities that help you make lasting changes, so that you can feel more present and fulfilled in your life and relationships.

I utilize an interpersonal neurobiology framework, speaking to the different layers of the brain in their distinct languages— movement, sensation, image, feeling, and meaning. Experiential therapy works from the idea that people heal by experiencing new ways of being, not just intellectually understanding them.
