One-on-one Sessions

holistic anxiety therapy for mothers
You are worthy of care

Therapy is your time to slow down and connect with yourself. Together we explore what’s blocking you from your goals, and work towards living your best life.

What we call “symptoms” are actually brilliant adaptations to life circumstances and early environments, not personal shortcomings. Therapy is a place to build more effective strategies that support health on all levels— body, mind, emotions, spirit, and relationships.

It is your biology to thrive with support and connection. Not only do you deserve it, but your loved ones will also benefit from you being at your best. If you’re ready to make changes to feel better, contact me to book your free consultation, and let’s explore how I can help.

Individual Therapy for Mothers and Women Desiring to Become Mothers

Sessions include movement, art, guided imagery, and embodied processing to access deeper understanding and sustained shifts. Alongside this deep work, you’ll learn concrete and practical tools— boundary skills, self care practices, and parenting guidance. This is therapy that honors intuition, creativity, physiology, and the everyday reality of being human in our modern world.

Our work is collaborative and grounded in safety, curiosity, and your natural capacity to heal. Therapy is a space to release what is no longer needed, reclaim parts of yourself you’ve lost or muted, and create new pathways toward connection, stability, and ease— in your body, your relationships, and your life.

Therapy together can help:

  • Come home to your body with love and acceptance

  • Heal from anger, rage, and emotional outbursts

  • Make decisions from a place of peace and wisdom, not anxiety or pressure

  • Understand how your early experiences impact your relationships today

  • Create effective boundaries

  • Develop a tool-box of coping skills

  • Strengthen your confidence and resilience

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. A new way of being is possible, and I’m here to help you get there.

The logistics

Individual therapy begins with a 75-90 minute intake session, to allow adequate time to understand your history, goals, and current concerns without rushing. Ongoing therapy is typically scheduled weekly or twice weekly, with session lengths ranging from 50-90 minutes. Longer and/or more frequent sessions are often recommended, as they allow us to move directly into meaningful therapeutic work rather than spending a significant portion of each session catching up on the week. Many clients find this approach to be a more effective and efficient use of their time and financial investment.

As you reach your goals for therapy, we reduce the frequency and length of sessions, integrating and sustaining the changes achieved, while preparing for closure.

Are you ready to invest in yourself?

Let’s help you pass down an legacy of inner peace, wisdom, resilience, and compassion. That is true generational wealth.

The fee for individual therapy is $150 per 50-minute session. Longer sessions are prorated at the same hourly cost.

I do reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots for folks who cannot afford the full fee. If cost is prohibitive, please reach out to inquire about sliding scale availability.

The convenience of online therapy for busy professionals and parents

I see clients exclusively online, offering therapy through secure video sessions. While some may assume in-person therapy is always preferable, many clients find that meeting remotely is not only effective, but actually more comfortable and supportive. You will need a good internet connection; if that isn’t available, I also offer therapy by phone. Some clients appreciate phone sessions because the absence of visual input can support deeper attunement to their inner experience. Despite the benefits of remote therapy, it’s not for everyone. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you explore whether online therapy is a good match for your needs.
