Therapy Offerings

I provide experiential, somatic, and relational psychotherapy for adult individuals and couples online throughout California.

Sessions support emotional regulation, nervous system health, and relational well-being using brain-based, trauma-informed approaches.

I view symptoms as adaptive responses to life circumstances and early environments, not personal shortcomings. Therapy is a place to build more effective strategies that support health on all levels— body, mind, emotions, spirit, and relationships.

Online Therapy

I see clients exclusively online, offering therapy through secure video sessions. While some may assume in-person therapy is always preferable, many clients find that meeting remotely is not only effective, but actually more comfortable and supportive. You will need a good internet connection; if that isn’t available, I also offer therapy by phone. Some clients appreciate phone sessions because the absence of visual input can support deeper attunement to their inner experience. Despite the benefits of remote therapy, it’s not for everyone. I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to help you explore whether online therapy is a good match for your needs.

Individual Therapy

For adults seeking support with emotional, relational, and life stressors.

Individual therapy focuses on strengthening your capacity to understand your internal responses, regulate your nervous system, and engage more effectively in relationships and daily life. Together, we address the patterns and protective strategies that developed to help you cope, and build new tools that support sustainable change.

Individual therapy can support:

  • Developing awareness of bodily cues and emotional patterns

  • Reducing reactivity and increasing regulated decision-making

  • Understanding early attachment and its impact on current relationships

  • Building internal and external boundaries

  • Cultivating self-compassion and inner resources

  • Strengthening embodied self-trust and whole-being resilience

Sessions are collaborative and rooted in present moment emergence, tailored to your goals and needs.

Format and Fees

Individual therapy begins with an extended intake session, which allows adequate time to understand your history, goals, and current concerns without rushing. Ongoing therapy is typically scheduled weekly or twice weekly, with session lengths ranging from 50-90 minutes. Longer and/or more frequent sessions are often recommended, as they allow us to move directly into meaningful therapeutic work rather than spending a significant portion of each session catching up on the week. Many clients find this approach to be a more effective and efficient use of their time and financial investment.

As goals are achieved and symptoms stabilize, frequency and length of session are gradually reduced, with the intention of supporting increased integration and sustained progress outside of therapy.

For clients seeking retroactive insurance reimbursement through a PPO plan, weekly 50-minute sessions are most commonly accepted by insurance companies. Please note that insurance reimbursement requires the inclusion of a mental health diagnosis on the superbill. Please contact your insurance provider to verify what they will reimburse (and how many sessions) for out-of-network therapy.

The fee for individual therapy is $200 per 50-minute session. Longer sessions are prorated. If you are unable to afford the full fee, please reach out to inquire about sliding scale availability.

Couples Therapy

For couples wanting to invest in the health and satisfaction of their relationship and life together.

Couples therapy supports partners in identifying patterns that block connection and learning new ways of relating that are respectful, honest, and grounded in safety. Work is focused on strengthening secure attachment, increasing understanding, and improving conflict repair.

Common reasons couples seek therapy:

  • Frequent conflict or shutdown

  • Difficulty communicating emotions, needs, or boundaries

  • Trust issues, jealousy, insecurity

  • Parenting stress or postpartum changes

  • Disconnection, resentment, or role imbalance

  • Sex and intimacy challenges

Treatment focuses on:

  • Interrupting reactive cycles and repetitive arguments

  • Increasing emotional attunement and secure connection

  • Improving communication through regulation

  • Repairing ruptures, building trust, and fostering collaboration

  • Honoring cultural, familial, and individual perspectives

  • Establishing healthy boundaries and shared goals

  • Exploring old patterns and inner child work

As a couples therapist, I take an active, coaching-oriented role. I help partners identify patterns that undermine connection and offer direct, honest feedback delivered with care, respect, and compassion. I also support each partner in addressing their own wounds, with their partner present, helping create clarity, accountability, and deeper emotional connection.
